The Role

This position is for an experienced Pre-Sales Specialist with a deep technical background in Microsoft technologies, focusing on the Digital Workplace and Employee Experience, Information Management and Business Applications practice areas.

Combining client facing consulting capabilities with conceptual solution design, our Pre-Sales Specialists liaise with clients, our internal sales teams, technical teams and user experience designers to ensure our solutions are exceptional, designed with people in mind and can be effectively delivered. Your business insight and thought leadership, will enable you to solve high profile, real-world business problems with outstanding results.



  • Providing M365 technical insight to pre-sales work, including conceptual solution design.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that the solution addresses these needs from a technical standpoint.
  • Work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor completing analysis and facilitating workshops to understand their problems and form recommendations for their solution.
  • Produce high quality pre-sales documentation with an ability to articulate written information in a clear and digestible way.
  • Communicating with both technical and business stakeholders in the pre-sales and implementation process.
  • Coordinate across teams and disciplines to write high quality briefs that gather information and structure responses in a meaningful way.
  • Contributing to the drafting and development of Request for Proposals and other pre-sales activities and documentation.
  • Expand and maintain technical understanding of solutions and solution design in the M365 space with an emphasis on communicating the technical aspect of our work to clients and business stakeholders.
  • Plan out and structure the solution delivery approach and methodology that will ultimately lead to a successful outcome for our clients and business

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive technical knowledge of the M365 environment, products, and solutions.
  • Extensive client facing experience, perhaps in a consulting or business analysis role.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience with an emphasis on consulting.
  • Meticulous planning with a good eye for detail.
  • Robust understanding of complexities of migrating from different environments into SharePoint Online.
  • Extensive experience on Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure and the broader Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Experienced delivering in-person and digitally delivered workshops.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders of varying degrees and comfortable managing execs and project teams.
  • Proven ability to write high quality documentation.
  • Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines.
  • Experienced in developing a client delivery strategy and roadmap.
