The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is vitally important to driving and championing the recruitment and growth objectives of our business. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing and driving the recruitment process across our different practices and owning our external recruitment partnerships.

To be successful in this role you will have, and at all times demonstrate, considerable capability in the following skills and experience, which are intentionally detailed given the importance of this role:

Recruitment activities:

  • Drives our end-to-end recruitment process through multiple channels including job boards, targeted headhunting, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Manages external partnerships with universities and other appropriate training programmes
  • Works with key stakeholders across the business to manage and maintain consistent and updated Position Descriptions and associated Job Ads and channels.
  • Conducts screening calls, skills assessments, and or schedules interviews with key internal stakeholders as appropriate, all in a timely manner.
  • Manages feedback and provides clear and consistent responses to all candidate and key internal stakeholder questions or concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Ensures a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of their success, at all stages of recruitment process
  • Ensures our internal recruitment communications and systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensures all data and feedback, particularly on active roles and candidates, is captured, maintained, and presented accurately, transparently, and in a timely manner, thus keeping key stakeholders informed and assured.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to effectively support quality, risk, and safety management systems.
  • Management reporting capability including data analysis and benchmarking.
