Change management is critical for our business. Taking the time to understand the unique needs of our customers is central to our ambition to make work better.

Our adoption and change management (ACM) practice sits at the heart of our organisation, helping to research, design, strategise and launch new ways of working, and train teams to use that tech to be more productive, connected and collaborative.

Our ACM team is recognised amongst the very best in Australia and NZ - and that means we get to work on some of the most interesting transformation projects in the region. Working closely with leaders from across Microsoft, our ACM team works with some of the largest organisations in Australia to work better - deploying remote working technologies, engaging leaders to improve their employee experience and more...

Note that we have vacancies in our ACM team for both junior and senior level consultants - if you have a passion for change management, training, and adoption, please send an application to this role, whatever your level of experience.
