About the role
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the growth of our Adoption and Change Management (ACM) practice, contributing to the successful delivery of quality projects to our clients.
You will be responsible for putting the user at the centre of everything we do - helping to bring the critical ‘people side’ to the design and launch of technology that we help to roll out across large organisations. This may require assessment of current pain points, design and delivery of a communication and adoption plan, or research to design the best user experience for a proposed solution to maximise adoption.
