To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced versatile, motivated IT professional with relevant qualifications and a background in in supporting Windows Servers and Active Directory with a strong design to continue to learn.
Preferred technical skills:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a large enterprise Microsoft Windows environment
- Demonstrated experience using SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Demonstrated Windows OS patching experience
- Programming and scripting skills applied to automation and solution development, including PowerShell desirable
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and support (e.g., Azure) well regarded
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment highly regarded
- Software Development and /or DevOps skills highly regarded
- Experience with M365 will be highly regarded
